Insurance Accepted and Payment Plans

We do file insurance as a courtesy to our patients however we do so mostly as an out-of-network provider. We use a billing service that will estimate your out of pocket costs based on information provided by your insurance company, and we will expect payment of your portion of these charges on the day each service is provided. You are responsible for any amount not paid by your insurance. We have affordable rates and we offer a cash discount program, allowing access to high-quality care for you and your family. For your convenience we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.

The First Visit:

Please, be prepared to spend one to two hours at our clinic and to find more about your body and your problems than in one to two months of other investigations. The cash discounted fee for this comprehensive evaluation is only $180. Please don't delay as the majority of health conditions tend to worsen or recur without the appropriate care. We recommend to have a family member or a friend with you to help you better remember everything that we do here.

The subsequent visits last a half an hour to one hour; however they can be longer if your health problems are more complicated. The office fees are according to the complexity of the procedures performed and the time spent with the doctor, in general from $98 to $178 for 30 to 60 minutes visit.

The fastest and easiest way to schedule your appointment with the doctor is to contact our office at (817) 930-0600. One of our staff members will promptly schedule you with a convenient time to see the doctor. For your convenience we also have an office map and directions available for you to print out. Please download and fill out New Patient Form or arrive early to do that in the office.

Office Policies

We do have a children friendly area of our clinic. However, if you are able to bring a friend or family member to watch your children during your appointment, that is appreciated. This is for their own safety and in order to allow us uninterrupted time to focus on your care.

If you must cancel an appointment we ask that you give at least 24 hours notice. This will allow us time to schedule someone else that can benefit from that treatment time. Please read the cancelation policy, part of the New Patient Form

Cell phones are a part of everyday life, but in our office we try to limit their presence. We ask that you turn off your cell phone while in the office, or set it on the vibration mode. If you absolutely must take a call, please step outside so as not to disturb our other patients.
